I used to love my service with Verizon. I used to tout them with all of my friends and anyone I’ve met in conversation about mobile providers. I have noticed in the past two years that everything about Verizon has gone downhill. customer service, wait times for agents and now on top of it all the cherry on top losing my loyalty discount and my bill going over $200 it just blows and it tells you how much they don’t really care for their customers. It’s all about the profit and the bottom line, especially when there are lawsuits because they try to nickel and dime us for every little fee they can come up with our bills. it’s so sad to see a company once so great turn into this and its sad. For principal, I plan on canceling my phone my watch, even though I will pay off the devices. I will go elsewhere because there’s nothing worse than feeling like a no valued individual when you’re on your knees for a company that really doesn’t care for you anymore. I see a lot of people feel the same way and they don’t do nothing about it. They all talk. Talk talk, but nothing has ever really done. Thanks for killing loyalty by taking away all these perks from your customers and making their bills go higher at a time that’s unprecedented in full of uncertainty. you want to cash in on everyone’s misery
