They are the worst company to ever try to do an upgrade with. If they dlarent losing the cellphones or nothing is ever shipped. When you try to get a refund they go around in circles and nothing gets resolved. It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten my refund and I have been calling ever 3 to 5 days and each time they say the same thing. Buy your own phone or go to another company because once they get your money they don't want you to get it back!
