Purchased the Apple Watch Ultra 3. Tried to activate it when it’s arrived after 6 1/2 hours of Verizon support it still can’t activate. Apparently they had to set up two IT tickets. Thanks for ruining the purchase of a new watch Verizon. Apparently I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for them to fix their issue. unacceptable
