Hello. I don't know if the people who actually need to hear this will ever see this, but VERIZON PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE. I am trying to browse around for a new phone, and every time, I get this error. I've tried on a different web browser and still get the same error. I don't understand why this is even an issue in 2025. For a "tech" company, this is seriously disappointing that you can't even get your website to function correctly. And this is not a one-time incident. I've had numerous issues on the website before. And there is not even a place where you can report bugs. I am currently on the phone on HOLD for more than 30 minutes now so I can speak to a HUMAN BEING who understands my issue and will actually report it as a bug. I tried report earlier via email and I get this useless automated response telling me to call. I try to call, and get put in an endless hold. Just horrendous customer service with useless "AI" bots that are not even helpful at all. All around disappointment.
