I have been a loyal Verizon customer for nine years, and I am deeply disappointed with the ongoing issues regarding a return I initiated for Meta Glasses in May/June 2025. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, the return has not been processed, and no credits have been applied to my account as of September 20, 2025.
I have spent over 24 hours on the phone with your customer service and billing teams, enduring numerous transfers during each call. Every representative I speak with asks me to repeat my issue, reviews the call history, and initiates a credit submission process that takes approximately two hours per call. I am consistently told to wait 5-7 business days for the credits to process, yet no resolution follows. This lack of clarity has left me unsure about my account balance and payment obligations.
Compounding my frustration, my account has been suspended twice, and I have been charged a $35 reconnection fee per line. As a loyal customer, I am appalled by this treatment from a company of Verizon’s stature. The repeated delays, miscommunications, and financial penalties are unacceptable.
I urgently request a thorough review of my account and immediate action to process the return, apply the appropriate credits, and reverse any erroneous fees. If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will share my experience across social media platforms.
