I have been with this company for over 28 years and this year has been the worst. Accused me twice within a 3 month tume period of stealing phones that had been returned. When they found it was their error, promised to make it right. Now the charge has appeared again. I spoke with a representative that gave me some sort of clarification to the problem. Ive been trying to get in contact. Everyone else claims they have sent messages, but yet I haven't received any contact. I am ready to switch services to another company.
