Switched to the Verizon postpaid plan for the Mobile+Home discount. Went to the store, called, and chatted with Verizon customer service online. It still just says pending for my discount. The entire reason I went postpaid was for this discount. It's been months now, but it's still not applied. How can we get this fixed? It's getting frustrating... I would have stayed prepaid if I had known this was an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
