I upgraded a phone and plan to qualify for NFL Sunday Ticket. I even went in person to a store to ensure it was done correctly. I have yet to receive an email to redeem Sunday ticket. I have followed all steps recommended in the forum and on the website and still have no resolution. NFL Sunday ticket is the only reason we upgraded one of the phones on my plan. I am beyond frustrated at this point
