I’m another customer that has yet to receive their Nintendo switch offer.
I wish I had a positive experience but aside of the in store customer service folks all of the process of having my internet setup was a big issue as they originally sent me a product that wasn’t set up for me to do self installation.
if I try to reach customer service through the app is impossible because they only offer call backs to the phone number they issued for the Internet/router account, make it make sense. There contact us page to open a support ticket also doesn’t work.
Long story short, it’s been over 65 days since my service began, I never saw a tile to redeem my Nintendo switch or got an email about it and there’s no way for me to apparently reach out a rep of Verizon. Can someone give me a phone number I can directly call or email that would work so I can redeem the offer that made me switch to Verizon?
