I am a new customer. I Ordered the new iPhone 17 pro max. The order was submitted and I got.an email saying my order was on hold.and I needed to submit documents. I did and the next day I called to see if my documents went through. The lady said yes, your documents are here and I just approved your order. I got an email saying I was approved but the phone is on backorder until October 17th. Was I really approved? Wi I be getting the phone. OCTOBER 17 is awile.to wait so I want.to know if.its the real deal so I dont have to buy another phone elsewhere.. I got a number from Verizon and try to make an account but when I try to link the number I get a message saying that the number is not supported on my verizon and to go to verizon business I didn't sign up for a business account but I did try to make an online account on verizon business and ut says the number is not a business number so idk . Any insight would be great
