Never got the promo credit

I participated in this recent "$1000 off on iPhone 16" and I got it from my line 8596, however, I keep receiving a $8.05 promo credit per month instead of the promised $27.7($1000/36month). I have called and chatted countless time, every time the agent said they will fix it and it will apply starting next billing cycle, but I just checked today when bill is read the issue still here, I am regretting to participate in this promo every day since, it cost me numinous time on it.

This promo isn't showing up on the website any more, but was it for a trade-in to get $1000 off the new iPhone? The fine print on these things typically says "trade-in terms apply" - which I wouldn't be surprised if that means they can assess your trade-in as being worth less than $1000 and then give you less of a credit. If you have it in writing that you were guaranteed $1000 in credits, that's another story.

They took me on a buy 1 get one free perk after I bought 2 identical phones once. Between that and having the changing top tier plans with no perks, then charge me for perks I got with the previous plans. Plus every few years they change the plans to worst options, I had enough. I know the other carriers do the same thing but the disappearing loyalty perks makes it no obligation to stay loyal, 7 years and 7 lines. I paid off my last 2 phones, to more are promotional but I’ll pay those off at the end of the year, and I’m out. So long Verizon.
