I’ve wasted hours of my time talking with customer service representatives over the phone & via chat. I am no closer to a solution despite losing my valuable time to these inept representatives. I asked for a supervisor the last time I chatted with reps yet I was never connected. At this point I’m beyond livid & am thinking that Verizon deceives new customers with empty promises just to rope them in. I haven’t gotten the discount I was promised when I signed up for services & it’s been 6 months. My streaming perks are also no where to be found. My bill is due this week & it’s higher than it’s supposed to be. If I can’t get this all fixed today I’m just going to cancel this service altogether & go with a legit home internet provider. It should NOT be this difficult for a company as big as Verizon to fulfill its promises to customers! This is my first experience with Verizon in general & I’m disgusted with the customer service. I’ve never had such awful service with another home internet provider.
