I've had a business account with Verizon for more than 30 years . I've remained with them for all these years because of the outstanding customer service. But now I am very disappointed in a current situation. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon the other day. Finally, I thought that everything was solved, but apparently it was not. They sent me the wrong device and then sent details of the order, the amount charged and the amount per month that the service would cost.
Nothing is what was discussed from the device to the plan, etc. I have spent all day today attempting to contact a Verizon customer service rep, to no avail. I have made 5 calls thus far today and have been on hold for more than an hour total. This is so disappointing and not acceptable. Please let me know of any advice that would be helpful. Thank you.
