I am going to UK for two weeks, and the trip spans two billing cycles. Can I change from Unlimited Welcome to Unlimited Ultimate before I go, and change back to Unlimited Welcome when I return (2 weeks later)? If I do that, will I be charged for two full months of Unlimited Ultimate because it spans two billing cycles, or will both bills be prorated?

We hope you're excited for your trip! You can switch the plan whenever you want to, but the options depend on when your trip is and when your billing cycle is. If you're traveling between two cycles for 2 weeks, we can prorate the plan change to start on Unlimited Ultimate when you leave. We won't be able to change back to Unlimited Welcome until the change of the billing cycle after you return, though. If the trip is halfway through your cycle you may see a prorated first bill and then a full billing cycle on Ultimate before moving back to Welcome. We hope this helps!
