We accidentally paid Verizon twice on our bill for our plan. Now we have an overpayment and a big credit on our account.
I want the amount that we overpaid credited back to me to our bank account. It’s been so long after trying nearly everyday to get someone to fix this, that they have already billed me for next month’s bill and have already deducted my account credit. We still have a big credit on our account.
I have tried to make several attempts to be connected with someone at Verizon that can help me with this issue. I want my money back and the customer service people are either unwilling or unable to give it back to me.
I do not want anymore apologies. I just want to get assistance with this issue.
