My husband was on the phone for 2 hours and 47 minutes this morning--LITERALLY--trying to resolve this issue. Our account has been closed because we switched to AT&T. When we tried to pay the final amount, we couldn't because, again, we had disconnected our phones. Now, we have been charged a late fee in addition to the final month and cost of our phones ($2800). I have tried calling, the online chat feature (which is a joke), and even went into the store. No one can help me. This is ridiculous...you wonder why we switched after being customers since 2004? This is why.
I need help with this ASAP.
