I am on my honey moon in Tahiti and since I’ve gotten here my phone data doesn’t work even though I pay for the unlimited ultimate plan. Looking on these forums, this has been a problem for other people and has been happening for months. It’s crazy that Verizon hasn’t fixed this.
I specifically purchased this plan so that I would be able to use my phone on ky honey moon and even after spending hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, I can’t connect. My wife has t-mobile and she gets service no problem, I guess we should have gone with t-mobile international service instead because Verizon’s seems to just be a waste of money.
