My husband and I switched carriers after being with Verizon for 12+ years. Our numbers were ported over and everything went great UNTIL I could no longer access my Verizon account even though I still have Home 5G and a Gizmo Watch connected. I tried registering but I am being sent paper mail to verify myself. However, that was over a month ago. I NEED HELP. Not one person I have spoken with has been helpful or even tried to access my information. I need to pause autopay until I get access to my stuff. For a large corporation, they should be able to verify you over the phone and help their customers gain said access. Like I said, I have been at this for over a month. I can see my final bill on the final bill page but I NEED to get into my CURRENT ACTIVE Home 5G and Gizmo. Someone please help before I lose my mind, thanks!!
