Verizon is wrongfully charging me and refusing to help unless I pay for services I never received.
• I was completely disconnected from Verizon service for over four weeks, yet they continued to bill me.
• Before that, I was without service for two separate periods, each lasting two full weeks, and I am still being charged for that time.
When I tried to resolve this with customer service, I was told I must pay the full, incorrect bill before anyone will even speak to me about the charges. This is not a mistake in their system; this is something related to unfair practice.
They are essentially saying my complaint is worthless and that they will not listen until they have my money.
I have seen countless other people online with the exact same complaints. It seems like we, the customers have to pay for disputed charges without any solutions.
