Just had my 1 gig service turned up yesterday. Technician installed a CR1000B with an extender. Looking to integrate my Orbi RBR750 router and 2 Satellites.
Any recommendations on best approach?
Service is internet only.
I have seen people mention these options on different forums.
1. Turn Off Wifi channels on the Verizon Router and put the Orbi into AP mode connected to the lan port on the Verizon router.
2. Put the Verizon Router into Bridge mode and leave Orbi setup as a router connected to the lan port on the Verizon router. Has anyone been able to put the CE1000B into bridge mode?
3. Remove the Verizon modem and plug the Orbi straight into the ethernet port of the ONT.
