Billing problems

I ordered an accessory and billed to my account. I then returned the accessory and my account reflected the return and my autopayment occurred with my normal payment. And after that payment my account reflected a zero balance. Now my account reflects a balance for that accessory and Im getting threats to disrupt my service? What!

Fix this immediately !
