We moved into a new home build in an established neighborhood. I want to submit a FAST TICKET, because I’m being told we aren’t eligible for Fios but all of our neighbors have it. Our electrician and media team even agrees the wiring is likely there and ready, but Verizon customer support will not send someone to check it out. I have spent HOURS on the phone with customer service with no help. Please help me submit a fast ticket to have this looked at.
