Invalid promo result for signup Verizon 5G Home Internet Ultra??

I signed up for Verizon 5g Home Internet Ultimate with the promos:

$400 off best buy coupon - Disappeared from my dashboard before expiry date??? Cant even get proper support about this.

$200 Amazon gift card - No status update yet...
$200 Verizon gift card - Result: INVALID

Invalid reason(s):

The line associated with this rebate was disconnected.

I don't have a verizon phone line, I have the 5g home internet which is still active

In addition the chat function is useless due to sending me on an endless loop of people asking for the same questions and transferring to the next agent.

I’m having a similar issue. I was supposed to get all the same promos as you with my new home internet and was able to use the Samsung discount and the Amazon gift card is in process for the rebate (says it’s supposed to give me a code around October) but the Verizon gift card is nowhere to be found but IS listed on my receipt just like yours. Chat was also useless to me in this regard.

I also cannot find the required info (tracking number) to process my $200 Verizon snd $200 Amazon gift cards. I only received a UPS tracking number, not valid. Entered my 5G phone line number, Not in System.
