I have a 5G phone, but there are no 5G towers around me nothing but drop calls missed calls, etc. how can I talk to somebody at corporate about this?

For just about three years now, I’ve been dealing with this. Unless I sit in one spot in my house and don’t move I can have a phone call if I move the phone call is gonna drop and I can’t call that person right back because it won’t let me. Because I take care of my mom and my dad who’s in their 90s I have to be able to talk to their doctors etc. and many times I do and the calls are dropped. If I just move a little bit I don’t have this problem away from my home. I was told there’s not a 5G tower around me then why do I have a 5G phone?

I will add I have taken every step that I’m supposed to take through Verizon with no help at all. This has been three years of this. I’m paying for a service that I’m very rarely have at home. I just wish somebody could resolve this so I don’t have to sit in one spot all day if needed just to receive or make a phone call. I do have a life and it’s not sitting in one spot all day

What's the make and model of your phone? You may be able to set it to use LTE only, if there is no 5G where you live. From what you're describing, the signal strength in your house is weak for some reason. Surprised Verizon hasn't suggested a network extender as I've heard of other customers being able to get one for free if they are in a known weak service area. However, the extenders need a wired internet connection to work, so if you're using satellite or fixed wireless internet, that'll be out of the question. Your other options would be to use WiFi Calling while at home, invest in a 3rd party signal booster system compatible with Verizon, or try another provider.
