I have been paying for my 3 devices since July. I joined Verizon as a new customer and I have been paying monthly all 3 devices. Now that Verizon didn’t activate my watch, I’ve to pay $600 for it on my monthly bill when I’ve been paying for it for last 3 months. The customer service is atrocious. Everyone is diverting away from solving this problem. I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR ALL MY DEVICES and I never agreed to a buyout charge. This has made life miserable how horrible the customer service has been.
