I hope someone from Verizon can help me.... I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years. Most of that time, the service has been great. However, the last several months it has been a nightmare. I have seen two price increases and loss of a multi-line discount in the last year. I upgraded three phones that went terribly. Finally -- and the reason I am posting this -- I was promised multiple credits starting in May and they NEVER get added to my bill. Each month I have had to contact Customer Service via chat and spend literally hours online trying to get the credits properly applied to my bill. In the end, they always get added but only after they claim they have no idea what I'm talking about (even though I have screen shots and chat logs). Your entry level Customer Service agents promise the world but they often under deliver. They say things that contradict each other and they make promises that later turn out not to be honored.
Can someone from Verizon please contact me so I can try and get this straightened out once and for all? I am really getting to the end of my rope here...
