About 18 months ago I switched from a Play more to an upgraded plan on 2 of my 3 lines. I was able to switch back within 30 days. Currently, I would like to switch to the unlimited ultimate plan on 2 of my 3 lines and possibly switch back within 30 days again. A phone rep said that I could still do that even though the Play More is grandfathered. However, I have read from various sources and sites that since it's grandfathered you cannot do this. Is there some way of getting a definitive answer on this? And would I be correct that if I switch to Ultimate, as long as one line is still Play More that I can continue to get the free Disney bundle on all of the lines?
