I made a payment arrangement and my service was still cut off. Im now not able to get in touch with a live person to have this issue corrected. How do I connect with a live representative?
CFDM, we know how important it is to not only keep your services connected but have the ability to reach us in your time of need. Help is here. Because it was stated the account was suspended for non-payment, the only options you have to restore service is to either make the payment for the past due amount OR contact our Financial Services department which can be reached by dialing *611 directly from your Verizon device or 866-266-1445 from any phone.
