Seems like there's been issues with pending orders for many Verizon Wirelss customers, and I'm adding my name that list.
I pre-ordered the new Apple Watch 11 and iPhone 17 Pro, with a number transfer form T-Mobile, last week. The Watch was delivered last Friday, 9/19, and the phone was set to be delivered on 10/03. On Monday, 9/22, I called in to cancel the order so I could submit the order again for in-store pickup, instead of waiting (this is what I get for being impatient). The support team told me only the phone portion was canceled, and I shoudl be able to submit the new order shortly, once it clears in the system. It never did clear. I've called twice more and chatted in three times more as well, with no resolution in site.
Both orders are showing as cancelled, and the number transfer is still showing as being processed.
Can anyone assist, or is this like the Windows BSOD, randomly happens and nobody knows how to fix it?
