So after a week of customer service chats and calls I was finally able to place the order for the free JBL party box promo, on September 3….the thing is, it has a shipping date of November 10…because it was on back order…..that would be fine, if it were to ship when it was back in stock, which it now is, if I were to order today it would arrive by Monday, I’m just wondering is this a normal practice? Because this is an unacceptable way to do business, and I will definitely not be bringing any of my other services over if this is how everything works here.
