You guys restricted me as cash only. It took auto pay on the 16th. I realized it was wrong account on the 17th and reached out to chat to cancel the payment. He assured me payment was canceled and even sent an email. I don’t think of anything. Come Tuesday the 23rd. I see payment was returned. I immediately fix this and pay it with my credit card, the agent never canceled the payment in the first place thus it was returned. I paid it right away when I saw that and yet I was still restricted. It’s ridiculous. And you guys tell me I have to wait 6 months. That’s insane. You guys better lift this restriction or else I’ll drop you guys and switch to a different company.
