Samsung S24 Ultra Offer not offered to me

I saw the offer for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra - up to $800 back with trade, I think it was. However, as I was not "targeted" the offer was not made available to me.

I have been a client for many years of both FIOS and wireless and the trade value is only $130 for my S22 Ultra that is in perfect condition for the S24 Ultra.

While the S25 Ultra has the high trade value, I do NOT want the S25 Ultra . I want the S24 Ultra due to its camera and to stay with my existing plan.

Even if I wanted the S25 Ultra, I cannot get this phone without upgrading my plan - which in itself will cost me the value of the trade over the 3 years - I do not want to upgrade. So no savings there. Smoke and mirrors.
