On the morning of 9/12 I made 2 separate orders: 1 iPhone 17 pro max for myself to ship to my house, and 3 phones (2 iPhone Airs and 1 iPhone Pro) to ship to my parents' and brother's house. I got my iPhone 17 Pro Max on time on launch day 9/19 and it was perfect. However, the 2nd order STILL has not shipped. I have had several extraordinarily frustrating chat sessions with Verizon support that all promise to raise a ticket to the warehouse and have someone call me with an updated ETA but no one has ever followed up. They tell me to keep the chat window open for hours for an update but then it resets. I am extraordinarily frustrated. The last time I had something like this happen, the only thing that worked was posting here to the forums, so here I am again.
Verizon...please, please, PLEASE HELP!
