Login page won't load when I click the Sign in link. Just get the same product links page. It doesn't load the page to enter you credentials. Same for the App - I just get a red screen.
I also have the same issue. Even when using the app I just get a red screen. No login box. Cannot access my account online at all.
I've had this problem for almost 3 days now....This is a definite change from normal experience. This thread is the only mention I can find of this issue. What is going on??
Have you tried clearing your browser/app cache, disabling your VPN if you're using one, and using a different browser? If none of that is working, then it's something on Verizon's side. This happened to me about 1.5 years ago where the login page kept on looping in a strobe light pattern, and was fixed a day or 2 later.
We want to ensure you have been able to access your account. If using a computer please try clearing your cache and cookies. If you are using a cell phone or other connected device, make sure that the system updates are done on the device and check that the app doesn't have and update as well.
