I signed up for Home Internet after years of happy service with another company. I ONLY made the switch because of the promise of a $200 Amazon gift card. I hadn't received it as of 2 weeks ago, so I called. The CSR said he could see the Promo, amd I should have an email in approx 5 days. 2 weeks later, still having not received it, I called again. Now im being told no Promo existed, and im just out of luck. This is NOT acceptable. Im paying more for internet than before, paid to make the switch, and now im being told "oh well"???
I've been a Verizon Customer for over 15 years. I expected better from this company!
