I am unable to upgrade my phone online, through the app, or with a representative.
I get the following error message: "You can purchase a new device once the pending order is complete. For assistance, contact Customer Service at 800-922-0204. It looks like there's a pending order on your account."
I placed an order for the new iPhone, the ordee has already been shipped but I still get the above message when trying to upgrade another phone on the account.
I hope someone can assist with this matter. Thank you.
