I’m posting here because Verizon support told me this was the only remaining option.
Recently, I visited a Verizon store and upgraded two of my lines. While there, I was told about a promotion: if I added a third new phone, it would cost me nothing per month. That was not true.
I was also convinced to give up my legacy plan for what I was told would be a lower monthly price. That, too, was false. When my bill came, it was over $200.
I called Verizon multiple times to resolve this. I was assured it was being handled, but it was not. On follow-up, I was told there was nothing that could be done and to post on this forum instead.
This entire process has been a disaster. I feel deceived and mistreated after years of loyalty to Verizon. I want my bill corrected and for Verizon to honor the promotions and commitments made at the store.
Please escalate this to someone who can take responsibility and make this right.
