Cash only restriction

I need this restriction lifted. I’ve contacted just about everyone. Even two financial assistance supervisors. No help at all! It was your chat agent who messed up and never canceled my payment when I asked and obviously the payment was returned and now I can’t finance a phone or use any promo because for the next 6 months because of that agent. You guys are going to force me to contact the better business bureau because I see slot of people go through this issue. Please lift this restriction.

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear an employee error caused this problem. But from what I've read elsewhere in the forums about the cash only restriction being in place for 6 months, there isn't a way around it. If going to a corporate Verizon store is inconvenient, there are other 3rd party retailers who can take your payment.

Enter your ZIP code in the box at the link below and it will show you assorted places which take your Verizon bill payments in person. I was actually surprised to see it's not just corporate Verizon stores, as numerous unassociated brick and mortar retailers are listed when I enter my ZIP code.
