We have been Verizon customers for 30 years. Phone, cable, internet.. We were never late with a bill. We have to move and needed to cancel our service., Verizon, during our move, cancelled our service 2 days before the arranged date. I woke up ready to get on line to make more move arrangements and nothing. Luckily my cell phone is with another carrier. It took so long to get a human to talk to at Verizon and of course nothing could be done. I will never use Verizon for anything ever. Do better Verizon. Pay your execs less and hire more humans in customer service.
