I signed up for new service on 9/17/25. The phones were to arrive on 9/19/25. It's now 9/26/25 and still no phone. No tracking number or anything. Called twice and all they can do is issue tickets which do nothing. No one can give me an idea of when my phone will arrive. Meanwhile, my son has shipping updates from his 17 that he ordered last month. Not sure what else I can do?
