I received the following email regarding Apple Arcade being removed from my plan. The service has now been canceled, but there has been absolutely no communication regarding "As a thank you, we are offering an extension on your Apple Arcade subscription. You’ll be able to continue enjoying ad-free, unlimited access to hundreds of games for an additional six months on us".
Any update on this or has anyone else had this issue?
