Two representatives had promised a refund to me. I was charged on a promise to pay, and it overdrew my account by several hundred dollars and incurred multiple charges from my bank. After opening multiple chats, One of them told me that he would open a request and expedite it. I check back in a few days later to ensure the status, and the other confirmed I will be getting a refund. Lo’ and behold the day my refunds supposed to get here…nothing. It was declined apparently. Currently on the chat with another representative, and she is helping me to her ability with a supervisors assistance. This experience has been horrendous and led me to consider switching to T-Mobile or Xfinity. They would have issued a refund on the spot, and my money would have actually gotten to me.
