Telecom Consultant - Looking for Engineering Contacts

I have several projects throughout the northeastern US that I can't seem to maintain contact with anyone at Verizon for fiber connectivity. Is there anyone higher up in the chain that I can maintain a relationship with to help support clients I serve?
