I am trying desperately to get to the engineering department to provide information on my request to start service. I WANT TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER. yet I have spent 5-6 hours on the phone with various customer service reps all of whom have the wrong information and have had the escalation desk literally hang up on me once and promise a call back that never came another time.
I watched engineers install the fios cables on my roof, I gave them permission to enter our house to do it, so I know I have access, I just need to get a tech out to bring it into the home. WHY CANT ANYONE FIND A WAY TO HELP ME!!!!
