I changed my plan via the myverizon on Sept 23. It is now Sept 26 and my plan hasn't changed to unlimited and the perks I orer haven't changed. Says I have a pending order. I click on it, and then says no orders are pending and won't allow me to change plans anymore. Already spoke to someone yesterday and told me to a hard restart. Did that and nothing changed. Still says pending.
