I claimed some local passes to a concert that is in a few days. I haven’t received the tickets/passes digitally and/or physically. I’m nervous that I’m going to miss out on the event. I have tried chatting with Verizon support but they don’t seem to understand how the passes work or why I haven’t received them. Does anyone have suggestions on how to find out how to get my passes?
