A few months ago I called Verizon and the rep asked me to take a survey I agreed, then she called me a bit later over and over, when I answered, she said she needed me to retake the survey because 3 was not acceptable, I hung up on her then she called me over 5 times then stopped the next morning she begin calling me again repeatedly, does this happen often I had to call in ask another rep to have a supervisor call where the agent that kept calling me was to have her stop, I have not heard anything back from Verizon since then, does this happen often???
