Hi,
I recently ordered a new phone through an online agent (via chat) and chose to switch my prepaid plan to a postpaid plan. However, Verizon prepaid terminated my prepaid service before I received the new phone.
After receiving the phone, I attempted to activate the postpaid plan but was unsuccessful. I then visited a Verizon store, where I was told the number transfer was stuck between prepaid and postpaid, and to wait overnight. I waited, but nothing changed.
I have since contacted the porting team (number ends in 7095). They were unable to locate my postpaid information and transferred me to customer service. After 20 minutes with another agent, I was transferred back to the porting team. At this point, I am left with SOS only, with no service on either prepaid or postpaid. And I do not have any access to the online account for prepaid anymore, and no access to the postpaid online account. I am using my Fios account to log in here.
Could someone please advise what steps I should take to restore my service as soon as possible?
