There should be REAL repercussions for stores forcing their sales team to add extra things to your account without permission. I just got a notification for my bill that was much higher than anticipated. Doing some digging insurance and 100G of mobile hotspot was added to my account without my permission. Not only without my permission but also after I specifically said I do not want these things. And now after a phone call all I get it is “you’ll be reimbursed for the remainder time”. I DIDNT WANT IT AT ALL! What is this awful business practice? It is all over the internet with people having this issue with other providers as well.
