Over 4 hours with Verizon customer service just for them to hang up on me right at the end.

Spending over 4 hours troubleshooting their phone. Trying to correct the issue and after hours of getting transferred. They just hang up on me. Call back the number and get their automated message. Never felt so defeated dealing with this company. After 17 years I'm ready to switch. Ironically my issue was because I randomly lose signal and the call disconnects. Transferred to supervisors or managers. All of them could not help me at the slightest.

When I first set my account up. I had horrible service problems and spent numerous hours on the phone with Verizon. I had multiple reps hang up on me. Luckily I ended up getting it figured out. I hope they get it figured out for you.
